Who can do The $20 Diaper Trial?
The $20 Diaper Trial is open to all Canadian residents.
How does it work?
When you place your order, you will be charged the total retail cost for the diapers and accessories that you get to try. You have a full week to try them and when they are returned, you will be refunded the cost less $20!
How long do I get to try the diapers?
You will have one full week from the day the $20 Diaper Trial arrives at your home to mail it back. Postage paid packaging is included, so you need only to place the clean items into the package and put them in the mail!

What else do I need to know?
Diapers will arrive with their recommended inserts already in place.
Please experiment with what insert you like best in each diaper and do not worry about remembering which inserts are supposed to go back in which diaper.
The extra hemp insert is there as a doubler for naps and nighttime. Hemp is extremely absorbent, but slow to absorb. For this reason, you must place it into the diaper pocket UNDER an insert that is quicker to absorb.
If you lose any of the diapers or accessories, you will not be refunded that portion of your deposit.
Please ensure that the diapers are cared for according to the included care sheet. This means using a proper detergent, not using bleach and fabric softeners or diaper creams.
For diapers with aplix (velcro) closures, please be sure to fold back the tabs for washing. Please remove any lint or hair that gets stuck in the tabs.
If any diapers or accessories are returned with damage, you will not be refunded that portion of your deposit. Please note - Stains ARE considered wear and tear. They happen and they will NOT cost you any portion of your deposit.
